Quick Tabane – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:
✅ Defective or damaged tablets upon arrival.
✅ Incorrect product shipments.
✅ Unopened and unused tablets within 30 days of purchase.

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

Tablets with physical damage caused by the customer.
Devices returned after 30 days without prior authorization.

2. Refund Process

Full refunds are issued for defective or incorrect items upon inspection.
Partial refunds may be granted if the product is returned in used condition.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for defective devices within 30 days.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
